Artax proudly presents our new total solution: KIT Global. KIT Global is an environment management and response system for infrastructural projects. The system detects, identifies and communicates.

KIT Global is the result of Artax’s many years of experience in research and document management, but now applied in a solution for entirely different industry. KIT Global forms a link between reporting systems and retrieves its information, such as live measurement data, from the field, from manual reports and individual observations and input. It provides you with a complete project overview.

A centralized hotline is part of the solution, so you can keep in touch with the surroundings and its inhabitants. They can file claims and complaints and ask questions online or via a call center. All these data are analyzed continuously and any deviations or escalations in the construction process will trigger KIT Global to take action, for instance, by using a smart phone to warn a picket service and by displaying relevant information including the available file history.

Global KIT provides the right information to the right person at the right time with the proper historical background. It will monitor your entire construction project and warn you when you need to take action. A big advantage is that you can identify unwanted disturbance of the construction at an early stage which allows you to limit or even prevent consequential damage and claims.

We are glad to announce that we updated the Artax website. From now on you can choose a version in English or Dutch.

In February 2010 we organized, in cooperation with the City of Amsterdam, the Dimensions userday. This is a half day non‐commercial event for the users of the SPSS Dimensions software. Users will have a In February 2010 the City of Amsterdam and Artax organized the Dimensions User Day. This is a non-commercial event for SPSS Dimensions software users. It provides users with a platform to discuss all aspects of the application. This half-day event includes a presentation of tips and tricks regarding the application and its processes and a client presentation about their experiences. And of course there is room for open discussions.

Frank den Daas joined Artax on January 1st, 2010 . He is responsible for sales and marketing. Before he joined Artax Frank was Sales Director at GMI where he was responsible for panel sales in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Before that Frank was responsible for the Dutch non-profit sector at SPSS Benelux. He then moved to the Market Research division as a key account manager, setting up web and scanning solutions for corporate, government, police and health applications. From July 2003 until 2006 he served as the Account Executive responsible for Dutch Non Profit sales for data, text and web- mining applications. He is a Business Economics and Technical Engineering graduate of Enschede Technical College.

During the European SPSS conference, 11-14 May 2009 in Prague, AXpanel has been introduced by Artax.
Now online research can be combined with a private panel. AXpanel is easy to implement in the existing Dimensions/PASW web environment, using mainly existing and familiar functionality and therefore easy to use and low cost. This plug-in can be installed very quickly and users need no special training since the environment is already familiar. Because of this environment AXpanel comes with al the questionnaire and email options one is used to from Dimensions/PASW. 

Recently we joined the membership of Esomar, the society for promoting the value of market and opinion research. With 4,500 members in 100 countries, Esomar has been active since 1948 promoting research at the highest levels of quality and integrity. Because a significant part of our clients and partners are active within the (market) research industry, we hope that this step will indicate that Artax is committed to the values which Esomar stands for. Besides this, we expect that our specialist knowledge will be of value to our fellow members.

In the Dimensions section of this site we now have added several demonstrations of techniques we applied to mrInterview. This gives you an idea of what is possible to enrich your questionnaires with graphical elements or entirely new types of questions. Take a look and see for yourself.

Artax is present at the SPSS Directions 2009 conference in Prague. We will be there from this sunday until wednesday, introducing our newest product AXpanel and bringing several demonstrations of what we can do for the mrInterview platform.
